Real Preserved Snowflake Snow Globe, Miniature Glass Snow Globe, Real Snow Cryst

Own a real preserved snowflake, collected by hand during a Colorado snowfall and transformed into a one-of-a-kind miniature snow globe.
This little glass and resin snow globe holds a naturally formed snow crystal, permanently preserved so its delicate geometry can be admired long after the snowfall has passed. Unlike traditional decorative snow globes, this piece contains a genuine snowflake that once fell from the winter clouds above Colorado.
Capture Dates: January 23–25, 2026

Snowflake: Real preserved snow crystal
Every snowflake begins high within the clouds, where changing temperature and humidity shape its intricate crystalline structure. Each one carries a tiny record of the atmospheric conditions it experienced during its journey to the ground.
During active Colorado snowstorms, I carefully collect snowflakes by hand and preserve them while working below freezing. Temperature, humidity, wind, light, and even a single breath can affect these delicate crystals before preservation is complete.
Through this process, something that would ordinarily disappear within moments becomes a lasting little piece of winter.
What I especially love about these miniature snow globes is the feeling of holding a tiny snowfall in the palm of your hand. A real snowflake, from a real winter storm, preserved inside its own little world.
No two snowflakes are ever exactly alike, making each finished snow globe completely one of a kind.
