Every Preserved Snowflake begins as a naturally formed snow crystal that falls from the clouds during an active Colorado winter storm. Working entirely below freezing, I carefully collect each snowflake and preserve it while frozen using my original preservation process before transforming it into wearable art.
Collecting snowflakes is a race against time. Temperature, humidity, wind, light, and even a single breath can affect a delicate snow crystal before preservation begins. Each capture is completed entirely by hand before the snowflake is permanently preserved in resin, allowing its extraordinary natural geometry to be admired for generations.
No two snowflakes are ever alike. Every real snowflake forms naturally within the clouds and can never be recreated, making each pendant as unique as the winter storm from which it came.
Natural moldavite is an exceptionally rare green tektite created by a meteorite impact millions of years ago. Combined with a genuine preserved snowflake, this pendant brings together two remarkable natural treasures, each shaped by an extraordinary story of Earth’s history.
